Our client, a large design consultancy which works across all major sectors of civil, structural, environmental, water, and infrastructure have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Design Manager to join their busy infrastructure team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will work within the infrastructure team and will be reporting to a Project Manager where you will work on Medium to Large Infrastructure projects from beginning to end, you will be required to:

• Identify required resources
• Coordinate and manage the design process
• Pull the project together and manage from beginning to end
• You will need to be across a variety of civil and structural components such as roads, drainage, earthworks, geotechnical, bridges, culverts and retaining structures.

To be successful, you will have:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or higher qualifications
• 7+ years industry experience working as a Civil Engineer
• Knowledge of Australian and local government Civil design standards
• Demonstrated knowledge across a wide range of civil projects
