Our client, a busy top-tier Australian piling contractor who currently have a number of building and infrastructure projects throughout Sydney currently have a position available for an experienced Piling Senior Project Manager or Senior Supervisor looking to take a step forward in your career and move into an Operations Managers role.

To be successful in this role you will be a proven leader with experience leading a group of engineers foreman and laborers. In this role you must have a strong safety and systems focus and an ability to drive outcomes and delivery. Previous experience working for a piling contractor, with exposure to contracts, planning and administrating jobs would be advantageous.

You will additionally need to have experience managing sites, crews and equipment while being able to drive projects along and assist senior management at an operations level. The company core business is in bored, CFA and driven piles and they also get involved in pile load testing so previous exposure working with a piling contractor working on these piles would be useful.
