Very high quality 1st Tier Construction company is looking for a dedicated Contracts Manager for a long term construction new build and refurbishment programme. Projected individual value of projects is $50-$300 million.

In this role, you will be reporting to a Commercial Manager and be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective administration system for the management of both the head contract and subcontract agreements.

This will include analysing tenders, preparing monthly progress claims, preparing contract variations, preparing subcontract tender packages, attending site and client progress meetings.

Ideally, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and possess at least 3 years industry experience working as a Senior Contracts Administration on similar sized projects with a high quality top tier or second tier contractor.
