Dynamic First Tier company seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator for new year construction projects in the Newcastle. Great career prospects on offer

Our client is a well respected 1st Tier contractor with a excellent reputation for the work they do within the build and construction industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to work on new build construction projects valued between $50 - $100 Million in the Newcastle and Hunter region. Current project sectors include the health and aged care sectors.

In this role, you will be reporting to a Project Manager and be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective administration system for the management of both the head contract and subcontract agreements and assist in mentoring more junior contract administrators.

This will include analysing tenders, preparing monthly progress claims, preparing contract variations, preparing subcontract tender packages, attending site and client progress meetings.

Ideally, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and possess at least 10 years industry experience working as a Senior Contracts Administration on similar sized projects with a high quality contractor.

Previous experience working on similar sized projects locally would be advantageous as is experience working on estimates, bill of quantities and take offs.
