Our client, a large international design consultancy who specialise across a broad range of projects, currently have an outstanding opportunity available for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their practice as an Associate.  

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Running and delivering state of the art design solutions to companies within the mining, energy, industrial and waste management sectors of industry
• Managing and mentoring a team of Electrical Design Engineers
• Being involved in tendering for new work and giving presentations to clients and attending site meetings as required.  

This is not a stand alone role and the successful engineer will work alongside other very Senior Heavy Industrial Engineers that will offer a wealth knowledge and experience to help you succeed in your role.  

Applicants will be required to possess an electrical tertiary qualification and also very strong technical skills within the heavy industrial sectors of engineering. You will have a proven track record in delivering a variety of projects ranging from bulk materials handling, rolling mills, coal washeries, coke ovens, foundations and structures for substation facilities.
